Operations Manager in Training

The MIT program provides a structured and supported framework to grow MOM's future leaders. It is an opportunity to gain professional development by receiving quality training with consistent feedback and coaching. As a MOM's leader you can positively affect our store environment, customer experience, and influence the future direction of the company. Program Highlights Focus on Leadership: Build future leaders by emphasizing leadership training. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be formulated with learning goals and regular check‑ins to track progress. Key tasks include ordering and schedule writing. Length of Program: Most candidates will be on a 12‑month plan, but it may be shorter depending on experience and other factors. Working in Multiple Stores: You will most likely work in a minimum of two stores, gaining experience with varying sales volumes, management styles, and unique challenges. Maximum one‑hour commute is expected. Compensation: Managers in training will earn $25.00 per hour for the duration of the program. Growth Path: Upon completion, you may advance to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager, with further store leadership opportunities. Scheduling: Stores operate 4 am‑11 pm, 7 days a week. Flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekends is required.
