Team Select Home Care is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Team Select family. The Healthcare Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the recruitment of clinical staff to fill open shifts on cases. Summary of Recruiter Responsibilities Hire Nurses and staff Nurses. Daily recruiting of Nurses. Maintain positive rapport with clients, Nurses and employees and effectively promote harmonious interpersonal relationships. Constant communication with nurses and families. Reaching and exceeding monthly hiring goals. Maintain confidentiality. Working in a team environment with your fellow branch staff. Performs all other job duties as assigned.
