The firm handles a robust caseload in federal and state courts, focusing on consumer and employment class actions, including wage‑and‑hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters. Duties Manage and prosecute class and representative actions in state and federal courts. Engage in discovery, motion practice, and oral advocacy. Take and defend depositions. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission. 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation. Ability to travel occasionally. Positive attitude and interest in joining a collegial team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California. Skills Strong oral and written advocacy skills. Experience with discovery and motion practice. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
