Now Hiring: Experienced Toyota Service Advisor

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are a growing Toyota dealership with a strong, employee-focused culture, and we're looking for a professional who is committed to providing an outstanding ownership experience while building long-term customer relationships.

We are seeking a  Service Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of dealership experience. Toyota experience is strongly preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
• Toyota dealership experience preferred
• Proven history of achieving strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to accurately recommend maintenance and repairs while earning customer trust
• Experience managing a high-volume service drive
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and maintenance programs

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
• Maintain and exceed Toyota CSI expectations
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians throughout the repair process
• Help achieve department sales, retention, and operational goals
• Follow dealership processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Pay Range $60,000- $120,000 a year
