HR Generalist

Job Summary We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast‑paced, complex operation, partnering closely with associates and leaders at the Denver facility. The role provides HR support and counsel to a business/functional line, including staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. Key duties involve ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures, consulting with management on policy interpretation, and acting as liaison to other departments. Preferred Qualifications Willingness to work a later shift (M‑F 10AM‑7PM). 3+ years of HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments. Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement. Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday, and UKG WFM. Self‑motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to work independently or within a team. Skilled at influencing leadership and engaging effectively in customer‑facing environments. Responsibilities Administer core HR programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning. Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of HR issues. Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures. Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues. Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks. Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques to resolve missing or inconsistent information. Provide general guidance or direction to junior personnel and may train junior level support or professional staff. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area with frequent opportunity to move. Occasional light lifting may be required. Typically requires overnight travel 5‑20% of the time. Education & Experience BS/BA in a related discipline required. 2‑5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 2‑4 years of experience in a related field.
