The candidate is passionate about client retention, contract renewals, and revenue expansion, while building long‑term, strategic partnerships with customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and works closely with internal teams to ensure LSEG solutions deliver measurable value aligned to client business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementOwn and partner with defined list of key accounts by building positive relationships with clients across their business.Act as a strategic partner and develop a detailed understanding of client workflows, objectives, and challengesLead client advocacy internally and champion for client's needsRetention & Renewal OwnershipLead the end‑to‑end renewal process for the existing book of business and proactively mitigate renewal risk through the territory.Lead commercial discussions in partnership with internal partners and ensure accurate forecasting and timely renewal executionAccount Growth & ExpansionIdentify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across LSEG’s product portfolio and deliver growth aligned with regional sales priorities.Partner with Specialist Sales and Product teams to position incremental solutions.Implement a consultative selling approach with passion for long‑term value creation.Account Planning & StrategyDevelop and maintain account plans for key and strategic accountsAlign account strategies to client initiatives such as regulatory change, digital transformation, and operational efficiencyInternal Partnership & ExecutionCoordinate across Product, Content, Support, Implementation, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client communication.Lead internal account reviews and pipeline discussionsMaintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM systemsQualifications & ExperienceRequired ExperienceConsistent track record in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success within a B2B environmentExperience handling enterprise‑level clientsDemonstrated success in renewals and account growthAbility to work in a matrix sales environment and collaborating across groupsPreferred ExperienceFinancial services, data, analytics, or technology validated experienceExperience working with large financial institutionsCore SkillsStrong relationship‑building and customer leadership skillsConsultative selling and commercial negotiation capabilityCritical thinking with focused executionExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast‑paced environmentTools & CapabilitiesCRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)Comfort working with data, forecasts, and usage metricsLSEG is an equal opportunity employerCareer Stage:Senior AssociateCompensation/Benefits Information:LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $99,700 - $166,300.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
