Account Director (Direct Marketing, Non-Profit Fundraising)

Our multi-channel fundraising campaigns connect millions of supporters to causes they care about, and our Account Directors play a critical role in making that happen. As an Account Director, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of integrated fundraising programs across direct mail, digital, and other channels. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guide high-performing teams, and ensure that every campaign is grounded in smart strategy, strong creative, and data-informed decision-making. What You’ll Do with Us: Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for omnichannel direct response programs—guiding campaigns from initial concept through production, analysis, and optimization. Collaborate closely with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns across channels. Serve as a strategic partner to your clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending thoughtful adjustments to maximize results. Mentor and support your team, contribute to business development efforts, and help ensure that our work consistently meets the highest standards of quality and impact. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
