Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, solutioning, and execution of a value stream within the DDAT G&A product team, shaping the end-to-end experience and ensuring the work delivered drives meaningful outcomes for members, providers and Aetna.From defining and prioritizing the problems that matter most to ensuring solutions deliver real impact, you will operate across teams, systems, and stakeholders to move work forward while helping strengthen a product mindset across how we build and deliver.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive Product Strategy & OutcomesDeliver Through InfluenceDrive Discovery and Product ThinkingWhat We're Looking ForExperience owning and evolving product strategy in complex environmentsStrong product judgment with the ability to prioritize based on value and make balanced, insightful decisions considering both product and business impactAbility to quickly understand product, operational, market, and business contextsSkilled at influencing, aligning, and driving decisions across teams, partners, and stakeholdersAbility to work across teams and systems without direct ownershipComfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through changeExperience with product discovery and outcome-driven developmentClear, concise communicator who can tailor messaging based on audienceExperience influencing ways of working and coaching others in product practicesComfortable leading team discussions, facilitating alignment, and driving decisionsStrong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skillsAble to clearly communicate how product strategy connects to portfolio and business goals, and how it translates into executionSelf-starter who proactively jumps in to support the team where neededCreates an inclusive and psychologically safe environment where individuals can bring their full selves to workRequired Qualifications7+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise products/capabilities5+ years' experience facilitating cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture and UX supporting or leading product transformation efforts3+ years' experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams1+ years of mentoring and coaching colleaguesAbility to travel up to 1–4 times per yearPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare and/or health insurance industryPrior experience with claims or appeals systems or processingExperience with AI tools: MS Copilot, ClaudeTechnology acumenData-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skillsStrong understanding of engineering and software development concepts and practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to make informed decisions in high-pressure environmentsPassion for improving consumer experiencesEducationBachelors Degree or relevant work/industry experienceWill accept 2 years' experience per 1 year college plus required years of product management experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
