Gym Program Lead (Part-Time)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 3:30 PM - 7:00/8:00 PM
PeopleShare is hiring a Gym Program Lead for a local recreation center!
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily sports, fitness, and recreational activities for youth
• Create and organize engaging activity plans
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership
• Set up, monitor, and maintain gym equipment
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for participants
Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
