Marketing Specialist

Duties: TheMarketing Specialist will provide strategic marketing consultation and guidanceto various clients. TheSpecialist will partner with the Marketing Manager and/or Director to buildmarketing plans, as well as drive, implement, monitor, and measure results ofmarketing activities to advance Client’s mission, strategic plan and businessobjectives. TheSpecialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical executionof marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development,digital marketing, content creation/assessment, and eventmanagement/sponsorship. Thespecialist demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking,and strategic counselling. Mayinvolve competitive landscape assessments and recommendations. RepresentsClient internally and externally. Demonstratesproject management skills and the ability to manage projects through the entireproject life cycle. Proactivelyseeks opportunities to build and improve positive relationships withcolleagues, leaders, and experts. Understandsand acts independently to drive functional strategies forward to advance Client'smission, strategic plan and business goals. Buildscredibility with peers and internal stakeholders. Assessesopportunities for improvements and demonstrates willingness and ability toadapt to change. TheSpecialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical executionof marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development,digital marketing, media, and content assessment. Mustbe comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment. Mustpossess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degreeof professionalism and confidentiality. Mustpossess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility,and creativity. Mayrequire experience with marketing automation, understanding data, surfacingtrends, and working with digital and advertising channels. Hasa positive influence on others. Positionrequires occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings asnecessary. Thisrole must work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite andknowledge of Agile processes is preferred. Thisrole must also works with complexity, drives strategic influence, andinterfacing with the practice. Therole should have at least 3-5 years in marketing. Thisrole will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketingactivities to advance Client’s mission, strategic plan and business objectives. ExperiencedMarketer Thespecialist must demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing, criticalthinking, and strategic counselling and changing environment. Mustpossess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degreeof professionalism and confidentiality. Mustbe able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and driveforward multiple projects. Mustpossess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility,and creativity. Education: Abachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a related field, whichmay include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field,plus 3 years professional experience in a relevant field.
