Marketing Specialist

Job Duties

IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The role is based remotely in Rochester, Minnesota, and involves driving, implementing, monitoring, and measuring the results of marketing activities to support strategic plans and business objectives. The position combines hands-on work with strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, media, and content assessment. The role requires proficiency with multiple tools, including AI and Adobe, and familiarity with Agile processes, working closely with the practice and influencing strategic decisions.

Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist:

• Drive, implement, and monitor marketing activities to support organizational strategic objectives.

• Evaluate and execute marketing strategies across digital, media, and collateral channels.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing content and strategies.

• Utilize AI tools, Adobe Suite, and Agile methodologies to enhance marketing execution.

Requirements for the Marketing Specialist:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, or healthcare.

• Experience with AI tools (specify which if applicable).

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.

• Knowledge of Agile processes and experience working with large enterprises is preferred.
