Director of Rehabilitation Services
Life Care Centers
Life Care Centers seeks a Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead multidisciplinary rehab programs in a senior care setting. You will oversee PT, OT, and speech teams, ensure high-quality, patient-first care, manage staffing and schedules, and support regulatory and documentation standards. Partner closely with nursing and medical staff to optimize outcomes and coordinate discharge planning. You will track clinical and operational metrics, manage budgets, and drive staff training and mentorship.
