Gas‑Fired Power O&M Manager – NJ We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager for a gas‑fired combined cycle generating facility in northern New Jersey. This role will partner closely with the Plant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance planning, safety, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Plant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance planning, safety, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement activities. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to support plant reliability and performance. Qualifications Combined cycle or gas‑fired power plant experience. Previous operations or maintenance management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience improving maintenance programs and plant processes.
