Description:
ENG- Supports the Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team during a hiring surge across the business. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing referrals, supporting hiring managers, assisting with hiring events, and providing full lifecycle recruiting support. Work is performed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, independent judgment, creative problem-solving, and process adherence.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen
#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
#Job Duties & Functions
*Source candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions
*Mine talent from the ATS
*Manage candidate referrals
*Contact candidates regarding recruiting opportunities
*Partner with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
*Support hiring events
*Manage a requisition load with full lifecycle recruiting support
*Utilize ATS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other software tools and solutions as needed
*Perform other duties as assigned
