About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for Acute Hospital Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the executive leadership and overall operational performance of a health ministry within the regional operating structure. This role involves translating regional strategy into operational excellence, leading major initiatives to improve quality, patient experience, and financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery. The President will also be accountable for hospital operations, including efficiency, cost management, and service line enablement, and must ensure the integration of clinical service delivery with a focus on physician alignment and market responsiveness. Applicants must have a Master's degree in health administration or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' management experience in healthcare, including roles such as Chief Operating Officer or President/Chief Executive Officer. The role requires advanced business and executive leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare trends, and the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. The ideal candidate will have a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and a caring nature, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
