Because ARCO is committed to creating opportunities for individual success, from day one, you will be given the tools to excel in your role, take on meaningful responsibilities, and experience why ARCO is truly the best place to build a career.A Day in the Life:Identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channelsDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positionsConduct market mapping and talent research to identify target candidate poolsPartner with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profilesParticipate in intake meetings to develop sourcing strategiesProvide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligenceTrack sourcing activity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend process improvementsMonitor industry trends and competitor hiring activityNecessary Qualifications:5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or research experience.Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other sourcing and AI toolsStrong research and internet sourcing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience sourcing for corporate, technical, executive, or specialized rolesPrior experience within the AEC industry is preferredKnowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologiesExperience with talent intelligence, market mapping, and workforce planningFamiliarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar ATS platformsExperience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferredCertified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plusWhat We Can Offer You:Competitive performance-based bonus programEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Traditional and Roth 401kTuition reimbursement for associatesScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel1-week paid volunteer leave each year100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid parental leaveTypical base compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000.
