Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team! As the Manager, you will lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. Your passion for food, hospitality, and team leadership will drive the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management
• Manage food preparation processes to uphold quality standards and safety regulations
• Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs through accurate stock management
• Supervise food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong hospitality team
• Coordinate shift schedules, manage customer service issues, and resolve operational challenges promptly
• Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, catering services, and banquet operations when needed

  Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
