Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Tampa, FL. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with insurance agents, agencies, and call centers, ensuring clients receive the right lead packages and support to meet their sales goals. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their targeting criteria, coordinating lead delivery, and monitoring performance and satisfaction. The role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, preparing usage and performance reports, and recommending upsell or cross-sell opportunities. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and support teams to maintain accurate account information and deliver a consistent client experience. Qualifications Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide ongoing support. Experience with CRM systems, lead management tools, and data-driven workflows to track activity and optimize client outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and marketing concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Basic understanding of insurance marketing or lead generation (ACA, Medicare, life and supplemental insurance) is highly beneficial. Analytical skills to interpret lead performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to clients and internal teams. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant lead delivery. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
