Location: Wilmington, DE | Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Specializing in government, nonprofit, and school audits , our partners are former AICPA instructors and members of the Governmental Audit Quality Center (GAQC) . We are looking for a Supervisor to lead complex engagements with integrity and technical precision.

Your Impact

• Lead Engagements: Manage full-service audits for sophisticated public sector and nonprofit entities.

• Internal Controls: Evaluate complex accounting frameworks and identify system vulnerabilities.

• Quality Review: Act as a primary reviewer for audit programs and transaction testing ( GASB/Uniform Guidance ).

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with client leadership to deliver accurate, innovative financial insights.

• Mentorship: Supervise and develop Audit Seniors and staff on-site to ensure continuous growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in public accounting with a focus on GASB or nonprofit auditing.

• Licensure: Active CPA license is required.

• Technical Depth: Mastery of Single Audits , ERISA, and school district accounting.

• Communication: Ability to present complex findings to boards and executive leadership.
