Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing essential psychological services across multiple campuses in Plano, TX. This full-time, contract opportunity enables you to play a vital role in supporting elementary and high school students for an assignment running through May 21, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist License is a must
- Experience working in a school setting, particularly with Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs)
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple cases with accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between approximately 3–4 assigned campuses
- Must be able to work onsite; remote options are not available for this assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Manage case responsibilities for Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs), from consent to completion
- Participate in Student Support Team (SST) and Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to present evaluation findings
- Maintain detailed, compliant records in accordance with district and state policies
- Collaborate effectively with special education staff, administrators, and families
- Support and consult with teachers to address student needs
