Looking for an entry-level customer service job with paid training, career advancement, and a fun, team-oriented environment?
We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Customer Service Representatives to represent well-known brands at live events, retail promotions, trade shows, and community events .
No experience required! We provide paid training and welcome candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, events, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity to build valuable experience in customer service, event marketing, sales, brand promotions, and business development.
What You’ll Do- Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service.
- Represent client brands at live events and promotional campaigns.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Engage customers and create positive brand experiences.
- Support marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Build relationships with customers and community members.
- Work with a team to achieve event goals.
- No experience required — paid training provided.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, motivated, and coachable.
- Team-oriented with leadership potential.
- Flexible availability for events, including some weekends.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, marketing, or events is a plus, but not required.
