Patient Services Specialist (PSS) - Seattle, WA Onsite at Comprehensive AFib Cherry Hill: 1600 E Jefferson St, Ste 600, Seattle, WA 98122 SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 0815-1700 (45min lunch // no weekends, no holidays, no call) GENERAL GUIDELINES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ----- Primary tasks consist of answering ALL incoming calls to SHV Call Center though Genesys. ----- Messages are to be sent via Microsoft Teams in the appropriate group chat ----- Secure chats are to be sent to the Intake Team for New Patient scheduling with the appropriate patient needing to be scheduled ----- Calls are to be properly warm transferred to care team if caregiver is available. ----- Create telephone encounters using .callintake template and route to proper care team pool via Epic if care team is unavailable. ----- Provide general information (address, appointment confirmation, fax number) to caller if information is within scope of care. ----- Assist with helping PCCs with additional task when call volume is low or otherwise requested by supervisor and/or lead. ----- Caregivers are expected to rotate in the office 3 times a month on their assigned days which are posted in Schedule Anywhere. If Caregiver misses their assigned day in office, they are given a make-up day in the same month or scheduled for the following month.?
