Emerald Resource Group is hiring an experienced Executive Search Consultant who enjoys both recruiting and business development. You’ll manage searches, advise hiring managers, and help candidates make thoughtful career moves while developing your own area of specialization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage searches from client intake through placement.
• Find and engage qualified candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and talent mapping.
• Interview candidates to understand their experience, strengths, career goals, and fit.
• Present candidates with clear insights that help hiring managers make informed decisions.
• Advise clients on search strategy, compensation, talent availability, and the interview process.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Keep candidate pipelines and follow-up organized in our ATS system Loxo.
• Manage multiple searches while keeping candidates and clients informed.

What You Bring

• Three or more years of recruiting, executive search, or staffing experience.
• A record of building relationships and delivering results.
• Comfort with outbound calls, business development, and conversations with decision-makers.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Consistent follow-through, sound judgment, and personal accountability.
• Experience using LinkedIn, recruiting databases, and ATS or CRM systems.

Experience recruiting technical, leadership, finance, healthcare, or other specialized professionals is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
