Forklift/Pallet Sorter

About the Role As a Forklift Operator, you’ll move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements and loading/unloading customer trailers. Hourly Pay USD $18.00 - $18.50 / hr Shift(s) B1: Tuesday - Friday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm B2: Tuesday - Friday 4:00 pm – 2:00 am Location Oconomowoc, WI 53066 What You’ll Do Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times Hand‑sort wooden pallets when required Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required Maintain a clean and safe working environment What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED Forklift certification preferred 1–3 years of forklift experience Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction strongly preferred Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment Ability to communicate effectively Willing to work overtime as needed What We Offer Competitive pay, holiday pay, and daily pay – access to earned wages before payday Referral bonuses Long‑term career advancement Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and short‑term & long‑term disability insurance for eligible full‑time employees 401(k) retirement plan Great team environment What It’s Like Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America.
