Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment including lathes, mills, and grinders
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform accurate measurements and inspections using precision instruments
Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in daily operations
Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines and specifications
Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of machining practices, speeds/feeds, and material handling
Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Ability to machine close-tolerance parts from various metals
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
