Exciting opportunity to join an independent, rural family practice in beautiful Western New York. We are looking for an LPN with a passion for caring for patients over the lifespan. The ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with patients, providers and specialists to provide high quality, patient centered care. Enjoy an excellent professional and personal life balance with 4 ten hour work days, allowing 3 days off to enjoy family or the many activities our area offers. Occasional Saturday mornings are required.

Our busy practice has 2 offices, one in Westfield , NY and one in Sherman, NY. Applicants would need to be able to travel to either office.

Nurses at our office room patients, take vital signs, perform simple in office lab tests, answer the phone, administer immunizations and other injections, educate and help patients navigate the health care system. Although experience is preferred, new grads are considered. Our supportive staff provide a comprehensive orientation and training. Nurses who work at WFP consider this a career, not just a job.
