Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist

Commercial Lines Marketing Manager Seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Lines Marketing Manager to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, partnering with producers and carriers to develop innovative coverage solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial business. Collaborate with producers to develop effective coverage strategies and placement options. Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and market representatives. Analyze submissions and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs. Track marketing activity and ensure timely follow-up on all submissions. Provide technical guidance on underwriting trends and market conditions. Support client retention through effective placement strategies and superior service. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines marketing or account management. Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and underwriting processes. Proven experience working with middle-market or large commercial accounts. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Southern or Gulf Coast insurance markets. Established relationships with insurance carriers. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : $90,000.
