Hiring: Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead
Remote USA | Long-Term Contract
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS to support M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle FCCS
- Oracle ARCS
- Oracle EDMCS
- Expertise in financial consolidation, close, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, and master data governance
- Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation programs
- Strong experience with trial balance onboarding, metadata migration, hierarchy harmonization, and enterprise data governance
- Experience leading requirements gathering, functional design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM integrations
- Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
- Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
