Project Manager (Retail/Restaurant/TI) My client is a local GC looking for a PM to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio and across the country. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners throughout the construction process. Lead project meetings while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on budget. Support field operations by partnering closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule. Conduct regular jobsite visits and travel to active projects as needed. Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout every phase of construction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager. Experience managing commercial renovation, retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, or ground‑up commercial projects. Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and project financials. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
