Coach staff and training for better patient care & satisfaction
Staff issues
Office staff behavior with patients and satisfaction
Performance evaluation for staff
Conduct regular staff meetings
Staff - Front office staff, back office, NP, and Care Quality coordinator
Office
Manage both office locations
Travel between two locations
Attend meetings with Insurance companies - ACO monthly meetings
Track office productivity, patient satisfaction score, social media ratings
Periodic surveys with patients
Manage office supplies and inventories
Monthly-Print patient lists for overdue annual physicals and quality metric measures-mammogram, colorectal, bone density-assign them to the staff and track their progress.
Referrals & Prior authorizations - make sure the staff completes it daily
Follow-up with eCW for ticket issues and updates
IT issues to be coordinated with the IT person and other ACO companies
Office upkeeping - ensure a clean environment for patients and families.
Manage utilities with contractors.
Reporting & billing
Answer patient statements and billing questions.
Communicate and coordinate with the Offsite billing team
Meet with the Physician every week and provide reports regarding practice
Labcorp
Manage contract staff - make sure the staff is available daily for both locations
