As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Olive Branch, MS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the chance to support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor high-traffic areas for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report findings according to post instructions.
• Assist with closing and opening activities, crowd flow, and/or de-escalation of customer service issues while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
