Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with infusion and pharmacy management experience to contribute within a mail order infusion setting. The position involves working on-site in Missouri, requiring a Nebraska pharmacist license. Flexible hours accommodate 15 to 30 hours per week, primarily during daytime shifts.

Location: Blue Springs, MO
Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Approximately 15 to 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Manage sterile compounding processes including IV admixture preparation
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) providing leadership in a mail order infusion environment
• Utilize CareTend system for accurate order entry and verification
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize patient care and medication delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Nebraska pharmacy license (required to work onsite in Missouri)
• Proven pharmacy management experience, including oversight of staff and daily operations
• Familiarity with infusion pharmacy practices preferred
• Skilled in sterile compounding and preparation of intravenous admixtures
• Ability to adapt to the mail order infusion pharmacy workflow and operational protocols
