Cleveland, Columbus & Cincinnati | Hybrid Environmental & Land Use Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 & Regional Firm Opportunities Compensation $160,000 – $325,000+ Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect with talented Environmental & Land Use Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with leading law firms throughout Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in advising developers, energy companies, manufacturers, and other business clients on environmental compliance, permitting, land use, and regulatory matters. Ideal Background 2+ years of environmental, land use, zoning, energy, or regulatory experience Experience advising clients on environmental compliance, permitting, remediation, and regulatory issues preferred Experience with federal and state environmental statutes and regulations Experience handling land use, zoning, and development matters is a plus Experience with administrative proceedings, agency interactions, and environmental due diligence preferred Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school required Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated regulatory and environmental practices Significant client interaction and responsibility Strong mentorship and professional development Partnership‑track opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits Interested?
