What we are looking for

• A record of shipping and operating complex software in a senior engineering role.

• Experience coaching peers or leading technical programs without relying on formal authority.

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented VP of Engineering searches in New York is $240000 to $400000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer scope level experience and work arrangement and may include bonus commission or equity where applicable.
