Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve department performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high‑volume restaurant settings.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is also acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
