Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.  What You'll Do:Production Engineer-Osceola, ARWhat you will do:Continuously evaluate equipment, process operations and controls to ensure personnel safety, environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance Take on individual plant projects from conception to completionWork closely with all disciplines, troubleshooting problems, to ensure plant processes are aligned to provide maximum output levels and efficienciesDesign plant and equipment configurations to be readily adapted to suit the product ranges and the process technologies involved, taking safety, environmental and economic aspects into accountProvide control system designs, specifications, process control parameters, system testing, and start-up assistanceMaintain engineering records including creating and modifying Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and supporting development of operations and maintenance standard operating proceduresInstall and commission new equipment, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting as well as managing contractors and documenting process changes and additionsSupport new product development from trial through to commercialization and improving production linesResponsible for continuous and process improvement at the siteDevelop and lead the plants Lean initiativesWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; relevant technical or manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to applyInternship, co-op, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plusFamiliarity with PLCs and industrial control systems is a plusExperience with 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD is preferredExposure to Process Safety Management (PSM) environments is preferredExperience with Management of Change (MOC) procedures is desiredReady to make an impact with us?
