The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care.Essential ResponsibilitiesMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and their families about health management and resources.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Uniform/Dress CodeLicensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN): Solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire (scrub tops may have colored piping, print tops not accepted except in specific units).Unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT): Solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire (print tops not accepted except in specific units).Parking InformationFree parking is available in any unrestricted designated area.
