Experienced Customer Service Representive/Estimator

Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville Body Shop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative/Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shopListen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutionsSchedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionCommunicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsHandle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessaryProvide customers with updates on the status of their repairsEnsure that the body shop is clean and organized at all timesAssess vehicle damage thoroughly by inspecting all affected areas, including body, frame, and mechanical components.Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software, ensuring accuracy and transparency.Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction.Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth repair processes.Maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions for record-keeping and quality control.Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive repair is a plusAll applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.The company is an equal opportunity employer.
