Patient Financial Counselor (Remote After Training)

UPMC is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Coordinator to support the Pre-Arrival department. The role educates patients on financial obligations, assists with applications for PA Medical Assistance, the Health Insurance Marketplace, and UPMC Financial Assistance, and collects prepayments.
