Senior, HR Business Partner

* Lead complex employee relations investigations and ensure consistent, fair resolution aligned with company policies and legal requirements.* Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all shifts.* Partner with leaders to reinforce a positive, inclusive, and safety‐driven work environment.* Lead HR processes such as compensation reviews, benefits education, leave management, and policy implementation.* Partner with corporate HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deploy enterprise programs at the plant level.* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and reporting.* Bachelors Degree in HR/Business or related field.* 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources or similar role, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.* Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.* Experience in heavy manufacturing, automotive, rubber, or tire production.* SHRM‐CP, SHRM‐SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification* A supportive and engaging onboarding experience to ensure a smooth transition into our team.* The opportunity to develop and grow, through training and regular mentorship.* Corporate Social Responsibility activities.* A truly global, dynamic and challenging work environment.* Agility and work/life effectiveness and your long-term well-being.* A diverse and inclusive team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
