Event Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments and supporting event logistics, promotions, and brand experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and setup of events, trade shows, and community promotions
- Support event planning, including materials preparation and on-site organisation.
- Provide excellent customer interaction and ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist team members with event reports, feedback collection, and follow-ups
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the brand
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills xhyhwjd
- Ability to multitask and work under limited supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
