Pay: $100,000 + bonus

Schedule: M-F,
Job description:
- Lead customer onboarding and account data management functions, ensuring strong performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new dental offices and customers, providing a high-touch, white-glove experience from implementation through successful account activation.
- Manage onboarding workflows in HubSpot, ensuring customer communications, milestones, documentation, and account information are accurately tracked and completed.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to coordinate successful customer launches and resolve onboarding issues.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of customer and provider account data across HubSpot and other business systems.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer and provider data and minimize errors.
- Monitor onboarding timelines, customer satisfaction, data accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, and other key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- (5)+ years in customer operations, customer onboarding, account management, healthcare and/or similar
- (2)+ years of leadership managing customer-facing operational teams
- Must have experience with HubSpot CRM and related customer lifecycle management tools
- Must understand best practices for CRM and workflows
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for CRM platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
