A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers — providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.Job DescriptionResponsible for identifying, developing and maintaining national accounts within designated area(s) of responsibility (e.g., retail, multi-concepts.) Coordinate overall company efforts to ensure continuous high service levels by efficiently and profitably managing, serving, and growing specified business areas. Accountable for segment / customer profitability. Interfaces with all levels of customers, branch associates, corporate support services, and suppliers. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Identifies new customers to determine compatibility to distribution services by analyzing: product requirements, unit location, sales volume, product usage, customer history.
