About Us:

Narrows Management is a well-established property management firm specializing in residential and/or commercial properties. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our tenants, clients, and vendors. We're seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.

 

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the property management team. This role involves communication with tenants and vendors, organizing documents, maintaining records, scheduling, and assisting with general office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally

 

  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries

 

  • Prepare and process notices, and other documentation

 

  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)

 

  • Schedule maintenance and vendor appointments

 

  • Assist with data entry

 

  • Track and follow up on tenant requests and work orders

 

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

 

  • Provide general administrative support to property managers

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

 

  • 2 + years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

  • Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, RIS) is a plus

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
