Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect

Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager leading indirect procurement strategy across global sites at Masimo (Danaher). This on-site Irvine role oversees sourcing roadmaps spanning facilities, capital expenditure, IT services, logistics, and maintenance across multiple categories.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend across facilities, CAPEX, IT, logistics, and MRO
Lead full sourcing lifecycle including RFI/RFQ/RFP, contract negotiation, supplier management, and quarterly business reviews
Provide strategic oversight to global transactional buyers managing indirect procurement activities
Conduct spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities and standardize procurement protocols organization-wide
Implement risk management frameworks assessing supply chain dependencies, geopolitical factors, and supplier financial health

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
7+ years strategic sourcing or procurement experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences)
Demonstrated track record delivering verified cost savings across indirect spend categories
Executive-level relationship management and stakeholder influence capabilities
Coupa platform proficiency or equivalent procure-to-pay software experience (preferred)
ERP system expertise such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 base; eligible for 10% annual bonus/incentive pay
