Human Resources Coordinator - Recruiting & Onboarding

Cates is looking for an energetic HR Coordinator who is passionate about recruiting and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience. You'll play a key role in helping us attract great employees, coordinate interviews, welcome new hires, and support the continued growth of our company. Requirements What You'll Do Recruit for all positions Review resumes and screen candidates Schedule interviews with hiring managers Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Maintain applicant tracking records Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation Support social media recruiting initiatives Help promote Cates as an employer of choice Assist with company activities and employee recognition program Prepare miscellaneous reports as required Other HR duties as assigned What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (Paylocity is a plus!)
