Position Summary HES Facilities Management is seeking an Account Manager to oversee custodial operations between multiple locations within the same school district or university campus. The role involves developing and maintaining productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicating with the customers daily, and resolving any issues that require immediate attention. The Account Manager will also inspect, train, and maintain acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Manager reports to a Regional Manager who oversees a larger area. Job Skills / Requirements Position will start between 5/26/26 and 6/1/2026. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Energetic, hard‑working, dependable, and detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Requirements Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Pay dependent on experience. Must have valid Driver's License. Must pass fingerprint background check.
