Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Office Clearical Support. DCFS offers a competitive compensation plan, excellent benefits, and a generous pension program. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and strong leadership and communication capabilities. Essential Functions Serves as Office Clearical Support. Processes requests for training registrations, including communication with other member agencies, community-based service providers, and professional staff. Provides clearical support to the Child Welfare Employee Licensure Office (CWEL). Makes travel and meeting arrangements for staff. Establishes, organizes, and maintains files. Serves as timekeeper for assigned areas. Maintains the Staff Development Grant program by recording pertinent information on all grant requests on an Excel spreadsheet. Orients professional and other clerical staff regarding Departmental and OLPD rules and office procedures. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
