Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history, mental health status, and treatment readiness.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual addiction issues and any underlying mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based methods.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals battling substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults, helping them navigate the challenges of recovery, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid professional license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated specialized training or practical experience in addiction counseling, mental health, or related areas.

  • A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
