508dentist is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office environment

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately

Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions

Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and demographic information

Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients to encourage appointment compliance

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent required
